I moved to Albuquerque, NM with my wife and daughter right after I was discharged from the U.S. Navy in 1969. I fell in love with the incredible landscape as a kid when we drove across the country on Route 66. I knew the Land of Enchantment was where I wanted to settle.
IS YOUR ONLINE STORE PEOPLE POWERED?
Yes, it is. My wife and daughter kindly do this as a part-time, side-gig for me. They take care of the web stuff and tell me the things I have to do to fill your order like fetching your archival giclée print print from Carr Imaging and taking it to Peli, Inc. to get it packed and shipped. Both are locally owned, family businesses. I don’t have a clue how this website works.
WHAT MATERIALS ARE USED FOR THE PRINTS?
The archival giclées are printed on Innova Soft Textured Natural White 315gsm IFA acid-free, museum quality paper using pigment ink. You will enjoy the print for a lifetime.
This printing process creates nearly-identical-to-original images that are affordable and sized to enjoy in any room.
DO YOU SELL THE GICLEE PRINTS IN OTHER SIZES?
Currently, I offer 20 x 25 prints, signed or unsigned. Other sizes will be available in the future.
For some works, the ratio of the original painting scales up/down to slightly different dimensions, e.g., 26 x 20.73, 20 x 24.8, etc. All prints have a 1-inch white border around the image.
WHAT CREDIT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT? DO YOU TAKE DEBIT CARDS?
I accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. If your debit card has a Visa or MasterCard logo on it, then yes, my credit card processor (Stripe) accepts those, too.

WILL YOU GIVE ME A DISCOUNT IF I PAY IN CASH?
You bet! You’ll get a 15% discount for paying in hard, cold cash.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Your order should arrive usually in within 10 working days. Holidays and other events – like hurricanes – may impact delivery time.
Right now I do not offer expedited shipping.
If there is a delay in processing your order, we’ll let you know.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Flat is where it's at.
We ship the archival prints flat because that’s the way Patrick Carr says to do it. Shipping is slightly more expensive when shipped flat.
Right now we charge a flat $48.00 fee that covers the costs of both packing & shipping in the lower 48 states.
I LIVE IN/NEAR ALBUQUERQUE. CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

CAN I GET A REFUND?
I cannot give you a refund but I will replace a print if it is damaged during shipping. Please email photos of the damaged box and the giclée within 24 hours after you receive it to firstname.lastname@example.org
I am not able to offer refunds for the shipping charges or for a “change of mind” so please consider your purchase carefully.
